Michelle Levin joined the firm in September 2015 and is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bar. Prior to joining the firm, Michelle was a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Catherine I. Enright, Presiding Judge of the Family Part in Morris County, New Jersey. As a law clerk, Michelle worked on cases in all areas of family law, including matrimonial and non-dissolution cases, on matters of dissolution, separation, discovery, equitable distribution, child custody and child support issues. She is a Court Certified mediator and mediated small claims, landlord tenant, and matrimonial and non-dissolution cases.
Michelle earned her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law - Camden. During law school, she served as a notes editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy, represented children in child abuse and neglect cases as a Certified Legal Intern for the Child and Family Advocacy Clinic and volunteered with the Domestic Violence Project, where she provided legal advice to victims of domestic violence.
Michelle lives in Morris County with her long-haired dachshund, Savannah. When she isn’t working, Michelle enjoys reading, baking, hiking and spending time with her family.
